5 Star Accommodations Welcome to our stunning open-concept custom home, featuring a private heated saltwater pool with a sundeck shelf. Elegantly decorated in a coastal style, this spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom retreat offers the ultimate in luxury and comfort. With four smart TVs for your entertainment, this home has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The expansive chef’s kitchen and great room area overlook the pool through double slider glass doors, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. The screened lanai includes the heated pool, an outdoor shower, and a beautiful cabana bathroom, providing convenience and style. Enjoy alfresco dining with a Weber grill, relax in the lounge area, or soak up the sun on one of the four chaise loungers. A large umbrella is available for those who prefer some shade. For your convenience, we provide five bikes and beach toys for trips to Vanderbilt Beach, which is just a short walk away (less than a mile). One bike is equipped with a cart to easily transport the provided beach accessories, or used the pull cart to walk to the beach. Additionally, Delnor-Wiggins State Park is located less than two miles away. Set your bags down and enjoy all this home has to offer. Located close to beaches, parks, shopping, restaurants, and beautiful golf courses, this house is perfectly situated for all your needs. Pets under 35 pounds are welcome with a non-refundable $150/pet fee. The pool is heated to 82 degrees. If you would like the pool warmer, the service can be added for a daily rate. A golf cart shuttle is available in Naples Park to the neighborhood beaches, shops, and restaurants. The golf cart is not included with the house price. If you need something please let me know. The pool is set to a normal temperature. If a service call is required because someone adjusted the controls the fee will come out of your deposit. -Surveillance devices on property - There is a security camera at the garage door. - Pets under 70 pounds are permitted. There will be a $125.00 pet fee per stay non refundable. - Dog waste must be cleaned immediately.
